AIS SE ČR

In 2021, our company developed, through subcontracting to Komix s.r.o., a universal query system (UQEC) for the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic. Since the validity of the framework agreement with the Ministry expired during the year 2021, we successfully participated as a subcontractor in a new public procurement process, and we will continue with subcontracting in 2022

We continued to support the operation of Business Intelligence projects for retail customers, including Komfos Prešov, s.r.o., Impol, s.r.o., and Víno Matyšák, s.r.o.

KRUZ - Register účtovných závierok

Informačný systém, ktorý zabezpečí prijatie účtovných závierok a ich súčastí prostredníctvom daňových úradov finančnej správy elektronickou, resp. papierovou formou. Po doručení sú vykonané definované kontroly a v prípade korektného podania sú účtovné závierky následne preposlané do registra účtovných závierok, kde sú podľa typu zverejnené vo verejnej, resp. privátnej časti. V prípade nekorektného podania sú identifikované príčiny a správca dane na základe tejto analýzy údajov, ktoré vykonáva systém KRUZ zaháji príslušné konanie voči daňovému subjektu.

VIES

Budovanie jednotného trhu v rámci krajín Európskej únie malo za následok zrušenie kontrol pohybu tovaru na hraniciach medzi členskými štátmi EÚ. Zrušenie hraničných kontrol prinieslo niekoľko pozitívnych prvkov ako je samotné zjednodušenie výmeny tovarov, odbúranie veľkého množstva dokumentov a v konečnom dôsledku aj zníženie cien vymieňaných tovarov. Aby sa však zabránilo možným podvodom v súvislosti s neexistenciou kontroly na hraniciach, je v rámci EÚ vybudovaný systém VIES (VAT Information Exchange System).

Návrh a vybudovanie takéhoto systému bolo strategickou podmienkou vstupu Slovenskej republiky do štruktúr Európskej únie. Tento systém výmeny informácií sme teda implementovali ešte pred vstupom SR do EÚ a v súčasnosti ho naďalej aktualizujeme podľa jej požiadaviek.

Systém VIES poskytuje dve hlavné služby:

  • umožňuje firmám získať rýchlo potvrdenie o platnosti registrácie DPH ich súčasných resp. potenciálnych obchodných partnerov;
  • umožňuje zamestnancom daňovej správy monitorovať a kontrolovať toky intrakomunitárnych obchodov s cieľom odhaliť všetky možné podvody.

VREF - Systém na podporu vratiek DPH v rámci EÚ

Informačný systém na podporu vratiek DPH v rámci EÚ pozostáva zo 4 základných modulov:

  • Prijatie žiadostí od tuzemských žiadateľov;
  • Spracovanie a odoslanie údajov do jednotlivých členských štátov EÚ;
  • Príjem žiadostí od zahraničných žiadateľov z krajín EÚ;
  • Spracovanie žiadostí od zahraničných žiadateľov z krajín EÚ.

Prijatie žiadostí od tuzemských žiadateľov

Aplikácia je dostupná prostredníctvom portálu finančnej správy pre tuzemských platiteľov DPH. Umožňuje vyplnenie žiadosti na vrátenie DPH z niektorej z krajín EÚ, resp. vyhlásenia a ich podanie na elektronickú podateľňu portálu finančnej správy.

Spracovanie a odoslanie údajov do jednotlivých členských štátov EÚ
Po úspešnom prijatí žiadosti na vrátenie DPH z EÚ/vyhlásenia na podateľni finančnej správy sú vykonané kontroly na prípustnosť podania žiadosti a v prípade korektného stavu sú údaje zo žiadosti zaslané do príslušného členského štátu EÚ pomocou CCN/CSI výmennej siete.

Príjem žiadostí od zahraničných žiadateľov z krajín EÚ
Modul vykoná príjem a základnú kontrolu žiadosti na vrátenie DPH zaslanej prostredníctvom CCN/CSI siete z niektorej krajiny EÚ.

Spracovanie žiadostí od zahraničných žiadateľov z krajín EÚ
Spracovanie žiadostí na vrátenie DPH prostredníctvom aplikácie pre správcov na špeciálnom oddelení daňového úradu Bratislava.

EXIS - Exekútorský informačný systém

Exekútorský informačný systém EXIS je aplikácia určená pre pracovníkov exekútorských úradov. Slúži na evidenciu a realizáciu úkonov vykonávaných v rámci exekučných konaní podľa Zákona č. 233/1995 Z.z. (Exekučný poriadok).

Elektronizácia spisu exekučného konania
Poskytuje podporu pre kompletné vedenie spisu exekučného konania v elektronickej forme. Elektronizácia spisu umožňuje rýchly prístup k dokumentom spisu exekučného konania a realizáciu úkonov v konaní bez nutnosti práce s reálnym (papierovým) spisom

Jednotný register subjektov
Implementácia jednotného registra subjektov vstupujúcich do exekučného konania znižuje riziko duplicity evidovaných subjektov v systéme.

Dokumenty a šablóny dokumentov
Poskytuje podporu na tvorbu vlastných typov dokumentov a šablón dokumentov nad rámec balíka dodávaného spolu s aplikáciou

Evidencia pošty exekučného konania
Aplikácia prepája evidenciu došlej a odoslanej pošty a evidenciu exekučných konaní. Vzájomné prepojenie umožňuje automatické generovanie údajov v exekučnom konaní na podnet udalosti evidovanej v evidencii pošty a naopak. (lehoty, hotové výdavky…)

Automatizácia výpočtov v exekučnom konaní
Automatizuje opakujúce sa výpočty s danými pravidlami v exekučnom konaní. (výpočet odmeny exekútora, priebežný prepočet čiastkových úrokov v konaní, návrh rozdelenia vymožených čiastok…)

Sledovanie lehôt v exekučnom konaní
Generuje vybrané typy lehôt pre úkony v exekučnom konaní. Znižuje riziko nedodržania lehôt zákonného postupu exekútora.

Lustrácie nehnuteľností na katastrálnom portáli
Zjednodušuje získavanie údajov o povinných. Umožňuje vykonávať lustrácie nehnuteľností na portáli katastra automaticky bez zásahu používateľa na pozadí aj bez spustenej aplikácie. Automaticky spracuje listy vlastníctva a vloží ich do databázy.

Automatická podpora lustrácie vozidiel na Polícii vrátane možností blokácie vozidiel.

Lustrácie bankových účtov v bankách
Lustrácia bankových účtov umožňuje jednoduchým spôsobom lustráciu účtov vo všetkých bankách zapojených do systému lustrácii (viac ako 20 bánk v Slovenskej republike)

Podpora a rozvoj SW aplikácií pre spoločnosti v rámci Skupiny VSE Holding

V roku 2021 bola poskytovaná aplikačná podpora a rozvoj existujúcich web a mobilných SW aplikácií Pochôdzky, MX Mobile, USDE, Dokumenty štandardizácie pre Východoslovenská distribučná, a.s. a aplikácií VLaK, SNPOP, Helpdesk KAM, eHR Formuláre a cmSCPM a mobilnej aplikácie ENY pre spoločnosť Východoslovenská energetika Holding a.s..


V danom roku bola okrem toho v rámci vývoja upgradovaná SW aplikácia Dokumenty štandardizácie – boli doplnené funkcionality na zvýšenie užívateľského komfortu, zrýchlenie aplikácie a zlepšenie funkčných a technologických vlastností. Na low-code platforme PowerApps sme vyvinuli a dodali aplikáciu Interné normy. Táto aplikácia zabezpečuje riadenie interných noriem, smerníc a ďalších riadiacich dokumentov v rámci celej skupiny VSE Holding (návrh, pripomienkovanie, schválenie, oboznamovanie, zmena, ukončenie platnosti, archivácia).


V rámci projektu Kybernetickej bezpečnosti udržujeme riešenie “Trezor” a jeho prepojenie na systémy VSD. Ide o úpravu a rozšírenie opensourcového produktu podľa požiadaviek zákazníka a jeho cieľom je ukladanie elektronických tajomstiev (heslá, texty, súbory) na bezpečné miesto pri použití rôznych bezpečnostných a kryptografických SW a HW metód.

Projekt: I3D (Industrial 3D – AR/VR riešenie pre priemyselné podniky)

V roku 2021 sa pokračovalo v rozvoji samotného produktu ako aj tímu. Vývojový tím sa rozšíril a rozvíjal sa medzinárodný tím konzultantov, ktorí oslovujú potenciálnych zákazníkov najmä z oblasti priemyslu. Rozvoj produktu bol zameraný na modulárnosť riešenia, všetky komponenty front-endu aj back-endu boli rozvíjané a smerované na riešenie vhodné do výrobného prostredia a priemyselných podnikov. Hlavný rozvoj bol zameraný na manažovanie procesov prostredníctvom udalostí, ktoré sú v procese výkonu pracovných príkazov zaznamenávané.

Ďalšou oblasťou rozvoja bola vzdialená asistencia, kolaborácia viacerých pracovníkov, s dôrazom na možnosť implementácie na rôznorodom HW – rôzne typy inteligentných okuliarov a prenosných zariadení.

Za účelom podpory marketingových aktivít bola implementovaná nová web stránka služieb I3D, ktorá je dostupná na adrese: i3d.novitech.sk.

KRUZ - Register of Accounting Statements

KRUZ is an information system that enables the submission of accounting statements and their components electronically or paper form through the tax offices of the Financial Administration. Once the financial statements are received, defined checks are performed, and in case of correct submission, the financial statements are subsequently forwarded to the Register of Financial Statements. Depending on the type, they are then published in the public or private section of the register. In case of incorrect submission, the causes are identified and based on this data analysis performed by the KRUZ system, the tax administrator initiates the appropriate proceedings against the taxpayer.

VIES

Building a single market within the countries of the European Union resulted in the abolition of controls on the movement of goods at the borders between EU member states. The abolition of border controls brought several positive elements, such as simplifying the exchange of goods, eliminating a large number of documents, and ultimately reducing the prices of exchanged goods. To prevent possible fraud in connection with the lack of border controls, the EU has established the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System).

The design and establishment of such a system was a strategic requirement for Slovakia’s accession to the structures of the European Union. So, we implemented this system of information exchange even before Slovakia’s accession to the EU and currently we continue to update it according to its requirements.

The VIES provides two main services:

  • for companies it enables to quickly obtain confirmation of current or potential business partners VAT registration validity
  • for the tax administration employees it allows to monitor and check the flow of intra-communitary transactions in order to detect any potential frauds.

VREF is a system for supporting value-added tax (VAT) refunds within the European Union (EU).

The information system for supporting VAT refunds within the EU consists of 4 main modules:

  • Receiving applications from domestic applicants.
  • Processing and sending data to individual EU member states.
  • Receiving applications from foreign applicants from EU countries
  • Processing requests from foreign applicants from EU countries.

The application is available through the financial administration portal for domestic VAT payers. The application allows for filling out the application for the refund of VAT from one of the EU countries, or for filling out the VAT returns and submitting them to the electronic registry of the financial administration portal.

After successfully receiving the application for VAT refund from the EU or declaration submitted to the electronic submission system of the financial administration, checks are carried out to determine the admissibility of the application. If the application is in a correct state, the data from the application is transmitted to the relevant EU member state using the CCN/CSI exchange network.

This module receives requests for VAT refunds from foreign applicants in EU countries.
The module receives and performs basic checks on applications for VAT refund submitted via the CCN/CSI network from a country in the European Union.

The processing of requests for VAT refunds through the application is carried out by administrators in a special department of the Bratislava tax office.

EXIS - Enforcement Information System

The Enforcement Information System (EXIS) is an application designed for employees of enforcement offices. The EXIS system is designed for employees of enforcement offices and serves to record and carry out actions performed in enforcement proceedings according to the Act No. 233/1995 Coll. (Enforcement Code).

The EXIS system provides the following basic functionalities:

Electronic case file in enforcement proceedings
Provides support for the complete management of the case file in electronic form. Electronic file digitization allows for quick access to documents related to the enforcement proceedings and the execution of proceedings without the need to work with a physical (paper) file.

Unified Register of Entities
The implementation of a single register of subjects entering into enforcement proceedings reduces the risk of duplicate records of subjects in the system.

Documents and document templates
The system provides support for creating custom document types and document templates beyond the package provided with the application.

The mail registry of enforcement proceedings.
The application links the registry of incoming and outgoing mail to the registry of enforcement proceedings. The interconnection allows for the automatic generation of data in the enforcement proceedings based on the event recorded in the mail registry, and vice versa. (lehoty, hotové výdavky…)

Automation of calculations in execution proceedings.
It automates repeated calculations with given rules in the enforcement proceedings. calculating the executor’s fee, ongoing recalculation of partial interest in the proceedings, and proposing the distribution of recovered amounts.

Monitoring of deadlines in the execution proceedings
The system generates selected types of deadlines for actions in the enforcement proceedings. It reduces the risk of non-compliance with legal deadlines by the executor.

Real estate screening in the Land Register portal
The system simplifies obtaining of data about the debtor. It allows background automatic property screening in the Land Register without the need of user interference or application running. Automatically processes property lists and inserts them into the database.

Cars screening
EXIS provides automatic support of car screening in the Police registry and ability to prevent the owner from managing his property.

Bank accounts screening
Screening of bank accounts allows simple bank account checks in all cooperating banks (more than 20 banks in the Slovak Republic).

SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS FOR COMPANIES WITHIN THE VSE HOLDING GROUP

In 2021, our company provided application support and development for existing web and mobile SW applications such as Pochôdzky, MX Mobile, USDE, Dokumenty štandardizácie for Východoslovenská distribučná, a.s. and applications VLaK, SNPOP, Helpdesk KAM, eHR Formuláre, cmSCPM, and mobile application ENY for Východoslovenská energetika Holding a.s.

In the given year, the SW application Dokumenty štandardizácie was upgraded, with new functionalities added to enhance user comfort, speed up the application, and improve functional and technological properties. Additionally, we developed and delivered the Interné normy application on the low-code platform PowerApps. This application manages internal norms, directives, and other governing documents for the entire VSE Holding group, covering proposal, commenting, approval, familiarization, modification, termination of validity, and archiving. Na low-code platforme PowerApps sme vyvinuli a dodali aplikáciu Interné normy. Táto aplikácia zabezpečuje riadenie interných noriem, smerníc a ďalších riadiacich dokumentov v rámci celej skupiny VSE Holding (návrh, pripomienkovanie, schválenie, oboznamovanie, zmena, ukončenie platnosti, archivácia).

As part of the Cybersecurity project, we maintain the solution “Trezor” and its integration into the VSD systems. It involves modifying and extending an open-source product according to customer requirements and its goal is to store electronic secrets (passwords, texts, files) in a secure place using various security and cryptographic SW and HW methods.

In 2021, we worked on the I3D (Industrial 3D) project, which is an AR/VR solution for industrial enterprises. The goal of the project is to provide a tool for industrial companies to visualize and simulate complex processes in 3D space, which can help with planning, optimization, and training. The solution involves the use of cutting-edge technologies such as virtual and augmented reality, as well as advanced software development and integration with existing systems.

Another area of development was remote assistance, collaboration of multiple workers, with an emphasis on the possibility of implementation on various hardware – various types of smart glasses and portable devices.

A new website for I3D services was implemented to support marketing activities, which is available at i3d.novitech.sk.
