BIMERR (grant agreement No.. 820621) –
HORIZON 2020

The company NOVITECH a.s. has obtained financial resources from the Horizon 2020 program for the project “BIMERR – BIM-based holistic tools for Energy-driven Renovation of existing Residences (no. 820621)” as part of a consortium led by the Fraunhofer Institute from Germany.

The aim of the international project is to create comprehensive tools based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies for the renovation of existing residential buildings in order to achieve energy savings. The developed tools will be used by actors in the construction industry from project activities to actual construction. They will allow optimization of design and implementation to create optimal coordination and minimize costs. At the same time, they will allow interoperability with existing software solutions used in the construction industry. The project is being implemented from 1.1.2019 for a period of 45 months.

The company, in cooperation with Hungarian partners, is developing the https://cbc.virtualtours.city/ portal and an application that presents tourist attractions in the form of spherical photographs. The portal was launched at the end of 2020 and fully operational during 2021. Currently, there are approximately 200 tourist attractions registered on this portal from the BAZ and KSK regions.
